Silver Price Outlook
“Silver prices declined to their lowest levels for the year on 26 June, when prices touched an intraday low of $55.695. Despite this being the lowest price for the year so far, it is a price level that is higher than any price that silver had reached before 28 November 2025.
Silver prices have been dragged lower by revised expectations of interest rates, ongoing selling by shorter term investors, and the onset of seasonal weakness in prices.
Silver prices could continue to experience near-term weakness, with the potential for prices to retest $53 or even the $50 level. The longer term sentiment and trend for silver is stronger prices, however. The numerous political, economic, and financial market reasons for owning portfolio diversifiers like silver have not disappeared. On the contrary they continue to get stronger. Economic and political uncertainty should keep silver prices supported. A decline in prices toward $50 is likely to short lived and garner a lot of investor interest.”
